Inside Sales Person

• Proficient in MS office
• Excel based quote tools
• Excellent phone skills required
• Bi-lingual (French)
• Any construction knowledge an asset but not required
• Full training provided
• Ample leads provided daily

Sales Representative

Responsible to maximize sales close rate that results in selling 5 Buildings per month by leveraging:

• Company Supplied Leads – create sales by optimizing company supplied leads
  • Develops sales by creating new relationships with contractors
• Corporate Sales Pitch – delivered via phone; thoroughly understand features, benefits and responses to known objections
• Your ability to develop sound closing strategies
• Your ability to access key decision makers
• Integrity – you will represent the company in a professional and honest manner
• Your ability to nurture positive, long-term relationships with customers = repeat business
• Account Process Management – exhibit superior management and interpersonal skills
• Team Player – demonstrate ability to learn from or mentor colleagues
• Existing Relationships – expertise in the construction industry

Specific Requirements

• Remuneration – candidate has drive to earn $100K plus straight commission
• Experience working in a construction-related field is an asset
• An ability to open new doors and opportunities from a “cold call” position
• Excellent account prospecting skills are a must
• Effective presentations skills
• Experience with Outlook, ACT, Microsoft Office Word and Excel a must
